My true passion is working with people. The only jobs I’ve ever had involved people and service and I can’t imagine a career that didn’t involve the two. At Eikon Consulting Group, I have the pleasure and benefit of helping great clients find great talent and bringing the two together. The things I whole heartedly believe in are honesty, integrity and doing the right thing. It’s these core beliefs that are the foundation of Eikon Consulting Group and the reason why I launched the firm. The same core beliefs are also the reason that I think people enjoy working with me. Whether you are the talent looking for the next advancement in your career or the client looking to solve a business challenge, I’m passionate about bringing the two together and knowing I made a difference and helped two parties achieve their ultimate goals.When I’m not at work, my kids is where I spend my time. I have three children...two boys and a girl. My oldest son started asking for a sibling when he was 7. His desire for a sibling led the family down the adoption path...and China is where my little angel was born. A process that generally takes 12-18 months ended up taking nearly 6 years. Several years into the adoption process, and what I thought would take another 4 years to complete, my second son was born. God probably had a big grin on his face when he showed me that the age difference was only 2 months apart.  Life is good!
