I have almost ten years of experience representing a variety of clients as Labor and Employment Counsel. Prior to beginning work as in-house Labor and Employment Counsel for a regional transit agency, I worked in private practice with large law firms in San Francisco and Sacramento. I have extensive successful experience in employment litigation, including wage and hour class action and discrimination and harassment suits, labor negotiations and arbitrations, as well as in responding to agency complaints and appearances in administrative adjudications.Since 2018, I have represented Plaintiffs in pursuing legal actions against their employers, including discrimination and harassment claims, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims, including class and representative actions. Prior to the practice of law, I worked for many years in human resource management. This experience included complaint investigation, employee relations, succession planning, and a variety of general human resources management responsibilities.
