As a key member of the executive team, I was responsible for responding to the continually changing community needs and shifting market demands. Led a group of seven development, marketing, and communications leaders with combined budgets of $45M to support 600+ staff in the organizational mission and growth plans throughout Indiana. DELIVERED RESULTS:► Led the cross-functional project team with IT, Finance, Communications, Marketing, and Administration to review, select, and implement new database software. ► Member of leadership team advocating for delivery of electronic state-wide patient home visits and services in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Oversaw the creation of internal communication channels ensuring compliance to ever-changing state and federal guidelines. ► Connected Lasting Change leadership to the founders of United Front, to create meaningful conversations around the topics of race, equity, and inclusion. ► Oversaw $600K annual grant management strategy including the curriculum and program development of the USDA Farm to School program at Pierceton Woods Academy.► Realized a 27% increase in revenue by creating and implementing a donor engagement strategy. Realized a 7% increase in overall revenue after successfully transforming all events to virtual in 2020.

Programmed and planned $15M+ in community-focused projects and funded an organizational endowment of $30K.DELIVERED RESULTS:► Developed and implemented operational procedures, strategic initiatives, and funding plans to ensure sustainable growth. Created budgeting process, foundation summary reporting, AP/AR processes, and streamlined pledge follow up and invoicing to ensure compliance. ► Led cross-functional planning collaborations with adjacent counties to encourage connectivity and execute a joint strategy of promotion and advancement.

Cornerstone Youth Center

Led a team of 11 youth development leaders, 150+ active community volunteers, and 16 board members to grow the organization to four locations serving 200+ youth daily. Developed and executed all standard operating procedures (SOPs), strategic plans, and development guidelines to ensure state and federal compliance. DELIVERED RESULTS:► Selected as one of only 20 organizations included in the Foellinger Foundation Invited Initiative from 2008 – 2016. ► Successfully grew annual operating budget to $500K+ while creating an agency endowment of $50K+. ► Secured $3.5M+ in grant funding plus an additional $1.3M+ in private donations to support growth and facilities maintenance. ► Created, planned, and executed a three year, $370K capital campaign which upon completion left the organization debt-free with all loans paid in full.
