Promoted from Field Service Engineer position to manage a team of 30 Field Service Engineers in theWestern half of the United States. This role encompassed service contract negotiations, account escalation issues,and relationship development with each account. Established each FSE’s goals and objectives, training,annual reviews, travel and expense.

Supported Swisslog pneumatic tube systems through-out Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. Performed preventative maintenance, training, and system startups. Supported Swisslog BoxPicker in a Dallas area hospital’s pharmacy. On-call 2 weeks per month for 24/7 support. Responsible to promote preventative maintenance opportunities, maintain crash kit parts.
