Ensure successful completion of all field service commissioning activities and provide an exceptional customer experience during the delivery of AMTS Swisslog systems to its customers. Ultimately responsible for managing execution, and coordination of resources for all regional startups while demonstrating a working knowledge of core business products and project management techniques. Provide oversight and supervision for service planning activities to improve utilization and capacity management.

This role encompasses managing 18 high loyalty team technicians. Additionally, I manage our escalation group software engineer and network engineer. These teams support ~$50M in installation projects across the US and internationally, account escalation issues, and relationship development within each account. Established each FSE’s goals and objectives, budget, training, annual reviews, travel and expense approvals, hiring, and discipline. Tasked with maintaining a profitable commissioning team and interfaced directly with the Director of Customer Care. I am responsible to manage an annual budget of ~$3M.

Promoted from Field Service Engineer position to manage a team of 30 Field Service Engineers in theWestern half of the United States. This role encompassed service contract negotiations, account escalation issues,and relationship development with each account. Established each FSE’s goals and objectives, training,annual reviews, travel and expense approvals, hiring, and discipline. Tasked with maintaining a profitable region and interfaced directly with the VP of Service. Annual budget of $5M. Served as project manager for service products up to $500K. Scheduled technicians and oversaw construction projects in region (~$20M annually). Provided customer quotes for preventative maintenance and training. Overall region revenues for parts, service, and PMA’s of ~$2.5M.

Supported Swisslog pneumatic tube systems through-out Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. Performed preventative maintenance, training, and system startups. Supported Swisslog BoxPicker in a Dallas area hospital’s pharmacy. On-call 2 weeks per month for 24/7 support. Responsible to promote preventative maintenance opportunities, maintain crash kit parts, timely completion of work orders and time cards. Supported Swisslog’s AGV and SVC systems. Interfaced with engineering group to bring efficient resolution to customer issues.
