Led an international architecture and FPGA implementation team of 15 to concurrently implement both CDMA (3G) and LTE (4G) on an existing 2.1GHz radio platform for Japanese customer saving the customer $50+ million CAPEX.Led an international team of 15 designing the digital HW and FPGAs for a new radio platform supporting GSM (2G) and LTE (4G). The project resulted in a 400% increase in capacity and significantly reduced future development cost by introducing the platform variant concept.Led international team of 20 designing the digital HW and FPGAs of a new radio platform for Japanese customer. Project resulted in >$500 million in revenue. Two of the FPGA designs were outsourced to 3rd parties. Authored Statements of Work, negotiated cost of contract, and guided development of designs through final verification. Managed development and physical implementation of 6 ASIC designs in Texas, Illinois, Arizona, and the United Kingdom.
