CurrentManage departmental staff, resources and all warranty service operations for seven new home communities developed and built by Bozzuto Homes - part of The Bozzuto Group. With over $1 billion in annual revenue, Bozzuto engages in property management, homebuilding, construction, property development, acquisition, and land development. Residential projects and award-winning properties include high-end condominiums, 3-story townhomes, and distinctive single-family homes across the greater Washington DC and metro Baltimore regions.Responsible for the scheduling, management, customer experience strategy and fulfillment of all post-settlement customer warranty and service components associated with Bozzuto's Homebuying Experience Program. This includes Emergency Hotline response support, 60-Day Warranty Service, 1-Year Comprehensive and Final Drywall Service, 2-Year Mechanical Warranty and 10-Year Structural Warranty.Launched, managed and completed the quick-turnaround construction completion review process - including unit quality walks, new home orientations, common area punchout and resident load-in - for 460 New York Avenue; a $40 million dollar, 11-story, 63-unit luxury boutique condo development in Washington DC's Mount Vernon Square featuring an expansive rooftop entertainment space and innovative underground vertical-lift parking system.Identify needs and develop new products and services that fit the Bozzuto brand with the goal of 1) providing additional return on investment for existing Bozzuto customers, 2) educating our homeowners to become our true advocates and 3) better differentiating ourselves from our competition.Responsible for managing the expectations, flow of information and conflict resolution between all parties involved in the assessment and response to construction deficiency reports; including HOA boards, engineers, attorneys, City and County permitting officials and Bozztuo homeowners.
