Establish Soft-Skill Professional Development, and Company Business competency benchmarks and appropriate development activities for each job role and position within the organization, contributing to role-specific Competency-Based Job Profiles. Identify and validate various internal and external courses, training activities, and development opportunities available to close potential competency gaps found with each Competency-Based Job Profile. Plan, schedule, and conduct technical assessments of organizational employees against established competence and personal performance benchmarks, identifying competency gaps, and recommended actions for closure. Facilitate employee development through the creation of Individual Performance Improvement Plans, evidence gathering, and day-to-day support throughout the employee development cycle. Manage the design and development of Training Packages, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for professional development and company business skills, delivering Training Programs (On/Off Job), coaching, and mentoring where appropriate.
