Duties and Responsibilities:-Work with seniors to design and prototype or characterize wireless communicationmodules and identify their compatibility to Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X)implementation.- Identify adoptable/areas of improvement on wireless communication/networkstechniques from commercially available V2X devices.- Identify proper wireless communication protocols for use in identified V2X use-cases.- Integrate wireless communication modules for Vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2I)implementation of the Smart Traffic and Electronic Enforcer on the Roads(STEER) units.- Work with seniors in improving/ design and development, characterization, and testsof STEER units.- Perform other tasks related to R&D as a member of the Research and DevelopmentDivision (RDD) of the DOST-ASTI (Procurement, Writing Reports, TechnicalDocumentations, Research/Scientific Journal Papers).
