Before joining Weibull, he had gained extensive experience from risk and advisoy services at PwC, EY, BDO and RSM, and his own consulting practice, primarily focusing on M&A, governance and risk management.He has 25+ years of CEO, management and project experience in public sector and major companies across several industries. Business development, M&A, sales, marketing, human resource development and the development of methodology and technology, have been an essential part to succeed in the work all these years.As the Norwegian coordinator of the European Business Awards he was a major contributor to the growth and success of EBA in Norway. EBA involves more than 32.000 businesses in 33 countries to recognise and celebrate successfull, innovative and etichal companies across Europe.Kent is widely used as a lecturer and speaker both within academia, conferences and seminars.
