I continued as the Sr. PM managing the construction of the Moses Lake WA Temple project until completed and then continued into the next project, the Willamette Valley Oregon Temple. Oversee and manage entire project including: write/negotiate all contracts, change order process, monthly pay applications, project schedule, quality control, material sourcing, team mentoring & training, client relations, monthly executive project scorecard reports, conflict resolution, employee reviews, governmental regulatory compliance, project celebrations, OSHA compliance, warranty management, etc.

Joined Johnson Carlier, a Big-D company, to be the on-site lead for the build of the Moses Lake Washington Temple. Project consists of a new 25,000 SF LDS temple, a new 17,000 SF stake center meetinghouse, a grounds/utility building and over 17 acres of hardscape/landscape. Built adjacent to I-90, it will be the first LDS temple to utilize ICF construction to minimize highway traffic noise. Project challenges include a remote location with no easy access to temple-experienced trades, building during the Covid-19 pandemic, efficiently scheduling out-of-town subcontractors, and delivering the highest end finishes known in the construction industry.

Hired to re-establish and grow the commercial building group of Kier Construction through pre-construction efforts, client relationship development, analyzing and assisting in implementation of Procore project management software, new employee hiring. Lead group of approximately 15 team members consisting of PM's, Superintendents, PE's, PA's.
