My current passion is developing the next generation of executives, leaders, professionals, and students to do the important work of public service, both in the United States and around the globe. Foreign Service professionals from the Department of State and other agencies advance U.S. policy and foreign assistance priorities, strengthen global partnerships and initiatives, protect the welfare of American citizens abroad, facilitate the travel of international visitors to the United States, help ensure the security of our borders, and promote American commercial and development interests throughout the world.
