Sales Strategy and Goals: Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales quotas and revenue goals for home accessibility products.Customer Focus: Ensure a positive customer experience by understanding their needs and recommending appropriate accessibility solutions.Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest home accessibility products, including elevators, ramps, stairlifts, grab bars, bathroom modifications, and other assistive technologies.Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.Budget Management: Manage and stay within budget for sales team expenses.
