• Promote UWD’s line of products• Sales inquiries/ Lead Generation• Use UWD’s marketing and sales approach to generate leads• Help manage home shows and home show training• Answer all potential customer inquiries about the product• Set leads that generate maximum interest in the product• Customer service

• Develop executive presentations and reports to facilitate project evaluation and process improvement.• Direct all phases of construction projects, from start to finish.• Assess vendor products and maintained positive vendor relations.• Coordinate utility service providers according to project schedules.• Conduct weekly production and operations contractor meetings, which facilitated stronger communication and the ability to resolve critical issues.• Perform regular job site observations to provide direction for all general contractor personnel.• Prepare and followed through on all required punch lists.
