Provide analytic capabilities to support the management of cloud infrastructure for Dragon Medical One- Evaluate the impact of changes to infrastructure such as software deployments, utilizing causal machine learning techniques where appropriate- Identify anomalies through automated scripts - Manage infrastructure as code using Saltstack and Bicep - Create predictive models to anticipate capacity needs based on traffic trends- Assist in root-cause investigation during critical incidents- Scrape data from Azure APIs to feed modeling and dashboards- Utilize Docker images to spin up custom dashboards and metric exporters in container groups and web apps

Participated in an eight-week intensive data science fellowship that was fully funded by the Data Incubator. Completed weekly projects on SQL, web scraping, machine learning, natural language processing, time series analysis, spark, and Tensor Flow. For my capstone project, I conducted time-series analysis to forecast NYC 311 call volume using Facebook's Prophet API and Random Forest Regression.

Experience Design for Learning Meetup

• Visualized the interaction sequences in online learning tools using a network graph of pairwise counts, markov chains, and sunburst diagrams• Analyzed survey data using multivariate linear regression and logistic regression to predict the educational practice of colleges and universities• Analyzed a 19.8 MB science notebook text response dataset using Epistemic Network Analysis and TFIDF to understand the connections students make between science concepts, after cleaning for stopwords and correcting for misspellings using the Levenshtein string distance algorithm• Conducted sample entropy, recurrence quantification analysis, and detrend fluctuation anal- yses on 100.4 MB eye tracking data to understand how the structure of variability of eye movements related to a learners self-reported emotional state• Led a subgroup through stages of problem discovery and analysis, prototyping (in R Shiny), wire- framing, testing, and implementation of a data dashboard for teachers• Supervised and mentored a UX research masters-level intern• Communicated analysis findings on a weekly basis to teams of content experts, developers, researchscientists and designers.

I was a teaching fellow for a master's level course titled "Emotion in Development and Learning: Usable Knowledge, Variability, and Context" taught by Dr. Gabrielle Schlichtmann.

SoLET Lab at ASU's Institute for the Science of Teaching and Learning• Facilitated the implementation of web-based tutoring systems in classrooms by presenting to, working with, and assessing the needs of teachers and school stakeholders • Designed a 6-hour professional development session for teachers to improve classroom implementation of educational technology• Led the design, facilitation, and analysis of one-on-one interviews, online surveys, focus groups, and usability sessions to improve the efficacy and implementation of web-based tutoring systems• Conducted applied cognitive psychology research on reading and writing in the context of intelligent tutoring systems• Analyzed data to answer research questions and write journal articles and book chapters to disseminate research findings

Affective Neuroscience and Development Lab with Dr. Leah Somerville. Collected data and interacted with participants on a study exploring emotional development throughout the lifespan.

Worked on a research team studying the effects of an e-reader app and reading technique on reading efficiency in dyslexic and non-dyslexic college students.

-Taught 70 students Algebra II and Math Models with Applications in an inclusive setting.-Collaborated with content teams daily to develop curriculum, lesson plans, and lesson materials.-Provided tutoring opportunities for students after school, and during lunch and conference periods.-Attended monthly professional development sessions aimed at improving pedagogy and student achievement

Coordinated the Hobart and William Smith Chapter of a national non-profit mentoring organization that pairs middle school students with learning disabilities and/or ADHD with college students who have learning disabilities and/or ADHD.This involved: -Recruiting and assisting in training college mentors -Supervising 10-20 middle school mentees and presenting the day’s art project in a classroom environment-Coordinating with the national office through weekly telephone calls-Implementing the program with Geneva Middle School and HWS administrators

Worked with a middle-school mentee to build self-esteem, metacognition, and self-advocacy skills through art projects and experience-based conversations in weekly "art room" sessions.
