Over his more than 42-year career, Kent Moe has personally supervised the development of approximately $2 billion of real estate. Prior to joining The Alter Group, Kent's extraordinary project-management skills saw him move quickly through the management ranks of OPUS, one of the nation’s largest design/build developers at that time. In that capacity, he earned valuable experience managing design and construction projects. Kent joined The Alter Group in 2000. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Construction Management from Minnesota State University at Mankato, Kent is a member of the Valley Partnership.

His achievements on behalf of The Alter Group include Riverwalk Arizona, a 176-acre mixed-use park on Native American land in Scottsdale, AZ; Peoria Center at Arrowhead, a 7.7-acre office park in Peoria, AZ; the Arizona Health and Technology Park, a 50-acre medical office and biomedical research campus in Mesa, AZ; Corridors – Phoenix, an 80-acre corporate office park which ultimately will contain between 1,000,000 SF and 1,400,000 SF in Phoenix; Desert Canyon/200 & 300, office buildings totaling 250,000 SF, at Desert Canyon Corporate Campus in Phoenix; and Buckeye Logistics Center, a 162-acre industrial park in Phoenix. The Alter Group was named NAIOP's 2010 National Developer of the Year.
