Jackson School of International Studies, Master of Arts program. - Graduated with Honors- Awarded US Department of Education Foreign Language and Area Studies (FLAS) Fellowship.

Commanded a full-time active duty and civilian staff of 18, as well as 400 reservists in 15 Navy Reserve units.- Earned highest score out of 31 Centers on Triennial Command Assessment (full-program inspection).- In charge of 33,000 square foot Navy Reserve facility; ensured timely completion of multi-million dollar renovation.

Naval Flight Officer in A-6E Intruder and EA-6B Prowler tactical jet aircraft. Multiple combat deployments to overseas locations in support of ongoing military missions. Squadron Officer-in-Charge and administrative, operational, and maintenance department head. Earned numerous flight and instructor qualifications.

In charge of providing reserve support to all 6 US Navy bases and multiple tenant commands within the European Region, including Spain, Italy, Greece, and the Horn of Africa. - Managed, planned and executed multiple budgets often exceeding $800,000.- Established reserve support process and coordinated first deployment of reservists to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti. - Arranged for extra security deployments during critical shortage at European bases. - Established 4 new reserve units to support regional Emergency Operations Center.

Led 52 personnel and all facets of squadron operations and administration including training, flight scheduling and qualifications, personnel management, pay, and orders. Managed budgets exceeding $250,000. Served concurrently as Flight Instructor. Made 3 operational deployments, 2 to combat zones.

Directed day-to-day operations for a squadron consisting of 4 jet aircraft, support equipment, and over 200 personnel. Earned operational and maintenance excellence awards. Earned multiple high-level air crew qualifications.
