Further my responsibilities have included commercial and operative negotiations, performance and capability, delivery, as well as and implementation of IT-Services.As leader: Manager for one and two levels, direct responsible for up to 40 employees. Under my responsibility for outsourced services the suppliers have had 100+ delivery engineers.Specialties: Vendor and Stakeholder Relations, Outsourcing, Operative and Financial Effectiveness, IT Management, Service Management, Coaching.
