As the Account Manager at Fisher Fulfillment, my role was to ensure customer satisfaction and through quality products and effectively and efficiently meeting delivery of goods. While there for 3 years, I oversaw the fulfillment and packaging of goods and assisted sales in pricing and lead times. I came up with processes and procedures to minimize risk and lower customer costs. I was able to assist in the warehouse and other labor type functions. My desire and work ethic helped me bridge any gap with all employees. Also assisted with planning and organization of in-house company events including golf tournaments.

While at Christopherson Travel, my role and responsibilities were to ensure customer satisfaction and cost effectiveness with their corporate travel company. As an account manager, I was responsible to manage over 20 accounts with all their travel needs. I would assist with implementation of online booking tools, corporate discounts with Air, Car & Hotel. I would assist with travel policy implementations, monthly travel reports and conducted annual reviews. I also assisted with company planned events and volunteered to represent the company on the Utah Business Travel Association event committee. This committee planned and hosted charity galas & golf tournaments.

Upon being hired at Basic Research, I oversaw and managed the Trade shows and training departments of the company. I was able to show manageable and quantifiable increase by organizing and detailing the departments and helping other departments determine a plan of attack and needs for the various shows that we attended. Within the first year, I had the travel department under my leadership. This was beneficial in getting better rates and costs for hotel, air and other travel needs. I also managed our Top Fuel racing program from the conception of the sponsorship. This was a highlight of my career and is still in my blood today.

While at Nature's Sunshine Products, I was able to plan, organize and facilitate multiple large scale events for the company. Prior to becoming an Event planner, I was a Field sales trainer. As trainer's we would assist the labor and work at convention. This is where it got in my blood to be and Event Planner. Back in the day, we would use low budget overhead transparencies, share desktop computers, have access to one or two laptops and cell phones were heavy and expensive. Many of my contacts come from NSP from hotel, travel, car and display companies. I was able to travel the world in planning and organizing the company incentive based events. I still have great friends who are associated with NSP.
