The time spent at Glory Learning House has been interesting and fulfilling. Working with a smaller company and a smaller team has allowed a lot of flexibility in creating a fantastic educational environment for students. Created a fun but educational playgroup environment for students to actively learn phonics, vocabulary, greetings and conversation techniques. Taught an after-school English class between 8 to 12 grade 3 & 4 primary students at Shek Wu Hui Public School (Sheung Shui). Skills taught were basic conversational skills and vocabulary through active conversation, role-play, debates, educational games and quizzes to aid with TSA preparation. As an English subject teacher, I was able to provide a brief exposure to the children unaccustomed to a native English speaking environment. Other duties included providing individual student feedback to the class teacher.
