Integrating Viptela SD-WAN Technology and Viptela Services into Cisco Service Delivery(Viptela acquired by Cisco August 2017)

Building and running Viptela's services center in RTP North Carolina

- Growing a world class services program from the ground up- Consult with RedSeal customers on use of RedSeal's technology to resolve Network Security problems, adherence to best practices, vulnerability exposure, and policy compliance.

• Created a team to manage OEM/Third Party Technical support covering all aspects of contract negotiation, service model design, vendor management - managing an annual budget over $20 million• Founding member of the US/Can Technical Assistance Center planning team that created a series of business processes whose implementation resulted in direct savings of $11.5M as well as increased customer satisfaction and employee morale through equitable distribution of work• Drove liaison activities between Technical Assistance Center and major customers (enterprise & service provider) in southeast region. Southeast Sales Operation presented the Helping Hand Award for these efforts• Global Technology Owner for Network Management Systems for the world wide Technical assistance Center – responsible for aligning support strategies among all support centers with BU and Sales priorities• Co-Authored Cisco Press book: “Performance & Fault Management”• Co-wrote CCIE recertification exam for Network Management

Participated in an invitation-only multi-vendor engineering team building the trade show network for the Interop trade show.

Worked directly with customers in the field using W&G test systems to resolve network analysis and network management problems
