Kent is the Founder and Executive Director at Empowering Action, providing Christ-centered leadership of a non-profit organization whose mission is to equip the global church for greater biblical fidelity and ministry effectiveness. His concern for biblical illiteracy within evangelicalism and passion for faithful biblical teaching and leadership development within the global church is evident in his managing a team that currently trains over 4,000 individuals monthly in servant leadership and biblical exposition in the Caribbean and Latin America. Kent holds a Master of Science in Business Administration (JHU), a Master of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies (DTS), and a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership (CIU).
