Advise the Communications Chief and Communications Officer on the status and readiness of all communications equipment in maintenance, as well has best employment of maintenance personnel in support of various functions for the company.Supervise the induction, repair, modification, evacuation and quality control of communications equipment in accordance with technical manuals, modification instructions, and policies. Also, ensure proper accountability is maintained throughout the entire maintenance process.Reconcile all maintenance records and reports in accordance with established policies and procedures.Led the Communications and Electronic Maintenance Sections through the Company Field Supply Maintenance Analysis Office Inspection receiving zero High Risk Marks.Supporting Arms Liaison Team Radio Operator/Technician.Managed over $2,776,000 worth of equipment in the Ground Combat Support System (GCSS) resulting in the successful completion of a Joint Limited Technical Inspection (JLTI) in support of an upcoming deployment.Maintained successful radio communications across all spectrums, both internal and external to the unit, and successfully troubleshooting radios as necessary in a Joint/Allied exercise with the British Army and two unit-level field exercises, one with a Japanese Artillery Unit. Also, provided satellite communication support and troubleshooting in a multi-national exercise hosted by the Canadian Army.
