Tasks i’ve completed in previous AP positions includes but is mot limited to:scanning AP invoices/other docs and entering indexing data for each• matching open purchase order to receivers• follow up with vendors on missing invoices or credits• handing AP mailbox - mostly vendor questions in incoming invoices to print for processing• supply ordering• desktop deposit of customer checks received in the mail• filing open invoices• accounting adjustments for AR - clear small unpaid balances and clear house accounts via AR transactions in ERP or journal entry prep• email/fax/call customer credit references• pull customer credit reports and assemble/prep credit packages for the credit manager to review• scan and file AR documents
