PainBlox has developed a TENS unit which fits in a Band-Aid sized adhesive bandage. PainBlox will be sold over the counter and requires no medical assistance to apply. PainBlox has assigned to it and intends to develop products based on the pending patent filed in April of 2013 for TENS bandages. PainBlox’s patent is for the whole concept of TENS Bandage (TENS in a bandage), not just a specific design.
