Responsible for the production of energy distribution panels Workshops subassembly and machine production line, electrical wiring, test and delivery • Manufacturing Flow Manager (production, inventory and delivery): 2 production lines with a pull system for 2000 units per year – Deliveries of 22 to $ 25 million for the sector • Responsible for the implementation of a new efficient operational system (SPS-Schneider Production System) including inventory, schedule planning and supply chain management• Introduce and build a risk management culture before launching production or introducing new concepts - (Lean Manufacturing) • Align supply chain with production requirement and production manufacturing planning sequence• Briefly introduce a new manufacturing model to reduce costs, improve quality performance, increase production capacity and maintain Security & Health practices in the workplace.
