Litigation services involve representation of clients in a range of court proceedings involving business and employment disputes, many of with involve technology agreements, trade secrets protection, post-employment restrictions (non-compete and non-solicitation agreements) and matters involving unfair business practices. Also represent clients in commercial disputes arising business email compromise, wire transfer fraud, and other cybersecurity and privacy incidents. Cases often involve digital forensic issues and the efficient management of e-discovery.Also represent clients as an advocate in commercial arbitrations and serves as an arbitrator on the roles of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) commercial, large complex case, and technology panels. Pro bono work representing victims of rape and sexual assault though the Victim Rights Law Center and advise the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law on global privacy law.
