Senior Mechanical Engineer In Mould Engineering Existing DevelopmentThe Lego Group Mar 2020 - PresentBillund, DenmarkI Develop Mould solution in LEGO'S Mould Platform. As Technical Mould developer I find the right mould concept, calculate amount of cavity, parting line, ejector, air venting etc. and in close collaboration with Element Developer and CAE department we develop final solution. My mindset is to optimize amount of cavity and cyclus time to best possible and fight for my solutions with warrior mindset. I have mandate to challenge Standards if it give sence, example if we can get better quality on element surface with change in Surface Treatment Standard I go for it. I work with sustainable mindset, when I make mould designs example design and optimize to minimum regrind to reduce waste. I use Calculation tool (Mould Decision tool) and find data in SAP and researh before I take decision about best Mould concept direction. When we have finished element and Mould solution I handover it to Mould Design. I have Surface Treatment as Topic and it give at lot of stakeholder management across departments, EED, EDS&G and Manufacturing. This work move LEGO as a Company to a better place, optimize design for manufacturing and in some case we reduce cost or leadtime. I train newcomers in TMD Existing and as Amazing Brickmate Trainer. I work with develop this proces across department in a team, so LEGO will get the best onboarding proces ever. I develop my team, give or receive feedback and this move TMD forward. I'm a teamplayer and go an extra mile for my team and alltime ready to give support. This mindset bring me a price of one of the best teamplayer in TMD Existing year 2019.
