I am a Licensed Architect with NCARB and LEED certifications that likes to solve problems for my clients, either technical or design. Throughout my career, I have been driven by intellectual curiosity to find solutions whether it's designing a new facility, adding a forgotten room in an already packed existing renovation or trying to reduce heat load in a single room. I have found the best process to find solutions is to quickly uncover a customer’s pain point to identify a range of viable solutions to get ownership from the clients.With my skill set, I always bring customer-centric mindfulness that enables clients to innovate and maximize benefits from the final physical development. I have the opportunity to take this approach in the hospitality, medical, educational user sectors, and commercial land planning.My intellectual curiosity also drives me to be a life long learner and more importantly, never settle. Always been one with pen in hand, (a form of 3-D BIM) as technology became user-friendly I was both an early learner and adapter of AutoCAD Architecture, then Sketch-Up and now Revit.
