All through my carrier, I have obtained a lot of experience and competences in general management, change management, optimisation of business processes, and with different kinds of productions in the wind turbine and construction business.In different positions over the last 11 years, such as Area Director, CEO, Production Director, General Manager, Plant Manager, I have been an active part in different companies’ top management, and thereby achieved a solid business understanding throughout the entire value chain of a company.The practical execution of management and leadership has been supported by a 6 weeks extensive theoretical course at INSEAD in France. As a person I am open and extrovert, and am capable to communicate at all the different levels in an organisation. With my accommodation and openness I have successfully gained the trust of customers and co-operative partners.I have achieved a broad international experience, through I my work with different nationalities abroad, and 3 year as expat in Scotland.
