Responsible for business/product management from sales & marketing, product development (whole cycle), production mapping, and all related costing. Businesses including Sporting Goods, Consumer Electronics, Automotive, and Aerospace.

Acted as point of contact for footwear category. Worked with clients to develop a new composite material that enhances the performance of products like footwear and sports accessories. In addition to product development and management, key jobs were also to provide scale-up planning for mass production facilities, material supply chain, and capacity ramp up; ensuring all development timelines can efficiently align with production and shipment.

Led the team of product creation developers and engineers in creating high profile footwear product like Lunar, Fastbreak Series, Thunderbolt, Thunderbolt Ultra, Modern, Converse Innovations, and marketing promote models.

Served as the main business window, responsible for all global regional business development. Customized ODM businesses globally, and evaluated proposals/quotations internally & externally. And provided merchandising strategies to meet customer goals, and be responsible for participating in exhibitions around the world; had visited 23 national cities in 48 months.

Created and fostered a 15+ member of Basketball and Jordan Brand team that consisted of product innovators, product engineers, material innovators, concept designers, and project facilitators. With a multi-cultural backgrounds at a hand, we created product revolutions and made leaps in manufacturing processes. Successfully launched advanced technologies and design concepts to meet product performance for tier one athletes Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, and Air Jordan.

Facilitated entire footwear product creation process, and managed detailed technical data such as, design drawing, product costing, model game plans, and production planning. Had successfully developed signature models like Kobe Bryant and LeBron James through first stage development all the way to offshore mass production.
