Presently, working as the Talent Development Lead at Intramotev with an amazing team of engineers that hope to modernize and revolutionize the rail industry with our TugVolt and ReVolt concepts self-propelled and regenerative braking rail cars (hopper, deep well, flat bed, and box).Retired software/computer engineering Senior Manager from the aerospace industry (McDonnell Douglas / The Boeing Company) with 36 1/2 years of experience with excellent technical management skills, great interpersonal and mentoring skills, great track record in managing and hiring engineers across the various degrees (computer, software, electrical and mechanical engineering), amazing organizational skills and an ability to have a vision and think strategically. Also a part-time professor at two great universities! The University of Puerto Rico - Mayagüez in the department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
