Over 40 years experience in training and leadership of which the last 33 years have been spent designing and delivering results-based training interventions to blue chip organisations on a global basis, primarily in the areas of business development, leadership, client care and support.Following employment with Reed Information Services and Lex after graduation (in a variety of sales, sales leadership and management roles), Ken spent six years with Mercuri International from 1990 (one of the world's largest and long-established training and management firms with a network of global offices) initially as a consultant before becoming Business Development Director. He left in 1996 to become one of the founding partners of Quadrant Learning Solutions.A highly effective communicator and motivator at all levels with powerful sales and presentation sales and a proven track record of delivering industry leading results.Ken's depth of experience means that in consultation with clients, he can design and deliver 'in-house', specifically tailored programmes of development that match the business goals, cultural fit and desired outcomes of each organisation he partnersThis is borne out by the amount of integrated international development programmes commissioned and carried out over many years (across the full spectrum of industry and commerce and in overs 35 countries).
