Again achieved record results, reducing shrink from 1.62% to 1.48%, for a savings of $13M.• Increased internal theft detection by 25% YoY, representing a savings of $1.2M. Created an exception reporting system to quickly identify drug theft, significantly increase cases, and ultimately boost company profits.
