GreenShipping.com is a carbon accounting services company that enables businesses to measure, reduce, and report greenhouse gas emissions associated with supply chain transportation and packaging.

AISI is a venture funded, semiconductor test equipment start-up based in Portland, OR. Developed foundational products and technologies with direct responsibilities for engineering and marketing organizations. Successfully led the technology and marketing portions of a large financing round with investments from Intel Capital, OVP, TL Ventures, Applied Ventures, KT Ventures and others. Developed an integrated financial model and forecast to aid in the financing process.

Responsible for product marketing of the >$100M Sabre copper electrofill platform. Challenged with growing the total available market and in maintaining Sabre's dominant market share in the semiconductor copper interconnect market.

Responsible for ESI’s Thin Film on Silicon Trimming and Embedded Memory Repair product lines totaling over $25M in annual revenue. Developed an emerging market strategy for ESI’s newly introduced Thin Film Laser Trimming product line. Expanded ESI’s Thin Film customer list from just five to over twenty and grew market share by 13% in less than nine months. Formed partnerships and joint development relationships with leading prober and tester manufacturers to develop, market, and sell an overall semiconductor test and trim solution.

Profit/loss responsibility for annual revenues of over $20M. Direct management responsibilities for engineering, marketing, and applications engineering organizations. Developed and released two new products that contributed more than 70% of the systems revenue. Managed both the systems and consumables business segments.

Responsible for identifying and qualifying acquisition targets and for identifying new markets for expanding ESI’s technology base.

Co-developed a business plan and aided in obtaining $2M of venture capital for the creation of an advanced IC package singulation saw company. Responsible for marketing and product development. Developed an integrated financial plan and forecast to project financial performance and cash flow requirements. Managed two engineering groups, one in Singapore, and one in the United States.

Responsible for managing the software engineering function at ESI. Managed a matrix organization of over 90 software engineers. Developed and executed a corporate software engineering strategic plan that included common software processes, re-use strategies, training, hiring, and a software platform strategy. Worked closely with software engineering managers around ESI to develop and implement that plan.

Managed software engineering for wafer handling and automated IC package inspection systems within the newly acquired MicroVision product line.

Managed the software and electrical engineering group within the laser drilling division of ESI’s Advanced Packaging Group. Participated in growing the laser drilling business from annual revenues of $4M to over $30M.
