BioMarin defined strategic objectives and created the Enterprise Growth Strategy Office (EGSO) to lead the transformation efforts across the enterprise. Utilizing an Activist Program Management approach, this team works closely with Senior Leadership to evaluate, prioritize, and execute cross functional initiatives that support BioMarin's long term objectives for revenue growth, expansion of our product pipeline, financial performance management, and ways of working.Key contributions:• Internal assessment of pain points across all functional groups• Alignment with the Senior Executive team on long-term objectives • Prioritization of strategic initiatives and execution on six major initiatives• Developed and utilized an intake process, prioritization method, and monthly executive dashboard• Developed and administered a Teams based content management system

Intake, cost/benefit evaluation, prioritization, budgeting, execution, and reporting on the Finance project portfolio. My team implemented over 175 financial system and integration projects for a variety of stakeholders including corporate accounting, Legal, HR, Controllership, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, Payroll, Global Sourcing & Procurement, Stock Admin, and IT.In 2021 my PMO group joined with the Global Process Transformation (GPT) team and jointly executed an additional 25 process optimization & automation projects.
