Ken founded North Point Builders in 1988 and continues to oversee its day-to-day operations. With more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry, servicing organizations in the Baltimore metro region, Ken brings vast industry experience and knowledge to the table to help ensure the success of every project.Throughout his career, Ken has been at the center of some of Baltimore's most notable and recognizable projects, such as the Baltimore Convention Center and the Baltimore City Hall Renovation. Ken and his team like to build community-based projects that directly serve people. Ken has served on several construction industry association boards and is an active member in the community. He is a chairman of his church board, volunteers with a Boy Scout troop, and you can find him on the field coaching children's lacrosse in Howard County, Maryland.Ken is a graduate of Cornell University and is an active member of its Alumni Association. In his free time, Ken enjoys golfing, playing music, and spending time with his family.

Ken’s role is to share his vast industry experience and knowledge with his clients and to insure the success of each project.
