I have always had a love of all things education. As an elementary student, I “taught” my uncooperative sister and my VERY cooperative dolls/stuffed animals. That love of learning and development eventually landed me in an elementary classroom. As a motivated educator, I became a self-proclaimed EdTech guru. I have experience using and training on 20+ EdTech programs. That experience helps me utilize technology to grow engagement, efficiency, and meet goals/objectives.My education background coupled with more than 15 years in customer-facing roles, creates the perfect opportunity for building relationships. I am excited about customer success because recurring revenue is more likely when your company has strong relationships with customers. I am a goal-oriented and resourceful EdTech guru who is passionate about customer success. I use my gifts to ensure the success of my students, and the satisfaction of my customers. My favorite things: My family, reading mystery novels📖, trying new restaurants, motorcycle riding🏍 (you begin riding when your feet can reach the ground), and my guilty pleasure is chocolate🍫 (my students bring chocolate on Mondays😋).
