I am a passionate advocate for equity, diversity, and inclusion, dedicated to transforming organizations and communities through strategic policy-making and innovative leadership development. With a 4.0 GPA in my Master’s program at Georgetown University and an inductee to the Tau Upsilon Alpha National and Delta Alpha Pi International Honor Societies, I bring a robust academic foundation and a deep commitment to driving systemic change. Throughout my career, I have leveraged my skills in facilitating difficult conversations to foster environments where meaningful change can occur. My experience spans advocacy for marginalized communities, especially international entrepreneurship, including survivors of domestic violence and sex trafficking, as well as affordable housing and community development. I have successfully developed and implemented policies that not only address immediate needs but also lay the groundwork for sustainable, long-term impact. My definition of equity is having lived at the brunt of intersectional challenges to clear a path for the next generation to never endure the same pains again. As a Certified Facilitator in Mind-Body Medicine, I have lovingly guided large teams into actionable equity, holding space as much for the "privileged" as those historically disadvantaged by it, attributed to race, gender, disability status, socioeconomic status, and cultural or racial identity.Equipped to serve nonprofit leaders and public sector executives, I specialize in expanding organizational capacity to embody the change they envision.
