As a servant leader, I have focused on building power amongst voters that are the least likely to participate in the electoral process and are most likely to be disenfranchised. I have become an expert in field strategy through my professional experiences and learned a great deal about strategy and data analytics. I have been able to serve in numerous leadership and director positions that have challenged me to build strong, sustainable and effective teams that can achieve the tasks put before us. As a 3rd generation service member, I have developed a knack for leading teams with the valor and wisdom needed to not only get the job done but to challenge the social and workplace norms that dont always allow young professionals to express themselves and/ or display their talents. I believe that the most successful leaders are those that remain teachable and understand that there is always a new skill to be gained.
