Utilizing Robot framework the team is tasked with automating the entire suite of Auto and Home manual test cases to increase efficiency, cost and quality. Serving as Project Manager for implementing large multi-million dollar systems. Projects included large project focused on implementing a solution for sale of Canadian business, a mid-sized project to integrate incoming claims documents with new Health Claims system. Management of cross functional and multi-cultural teams to deliver projects on time and with desired results. Create project plans, coordinate resources, track and communicate project progress to executives, business partners and team members.Project Manager for project to implement Canadian Migration Program Claims solution. This included coordinating over 64 functionalities, 240 people within the Claims Solution Center; Facilitated over 1,000 hours of workshops and meetings to determine risks, gaps and solutions across all Claims functionality. Primavera was used to track timelines, milestones, budgets and executive reporting.In less than 8 months this effort identified a solution that involved over 140 changes to meet the contractual date of 1/1/15. An historic event for State Farm. Project delivered on time and successfully using the Agile methodology.Project Manager for project to integrate incoming claims documents with new Health Claim processing system. This included coordinating multi-cultural business, technical and test teams of approximately 40, performing analysis by working with multiple business areas to identify business, functional and system requirements and coordinating technical teams in design and development. Assisted in negotiations of a contract for off-shore development and testing. Responsible for budget and the management of detailed schedule to meet goals of the project. Also managed off-shore development team to ensure on time delivery of artifacts to the project. Delivered project successfully, on time, with no defects.
