Kenyatta L. Uzzell is the Founder and CEO of POLIHIRE. He has 30 years experience in recruitment. Prior to founding POLIHIRE, Kenyatta served as the Executive Recruitment Manager for the Government of the District of Columbia. In this role, he was responsible for identifying Cabinet-level and other senior management officials to serve in the second administration of Mayor Anthony A. Williams. During his tenure, Kenyatta was responsible for the successful recruitment of numerous executives and senior managers, to include, the City Administrator, Deputy Mayors, Inspector General, and numerous agency Directors and Deputy Directors.Before joining the District of Columbia government, Kenyatta was a senior leader at several professional staffing firms, including Kforce Professional Staffing, Robert Half International, and Kelly Services. Kenyatta received a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he majored in English and minored in African American Studies. He also earned an MBA from Howard University School of Business in Washington, DC. Kenyatta is an active member of several civic and professional organizations.
