Being a department manager I was over a specific area, with being over that area I had to maintain it with it being keeping up with the cleaniness of the department, price changes, modulars, helping customers, as well as knowing the merchandise that was in my department to be as much help for a customer that may have questions. I also had associates within my department that I managed so I also dealt with training associates as well.

As a sales asscoiate at Walmart i helped customers with whatever they may needed help with, I stocked the shelves with merchandise, I zoned the departments making sure that the department was nice, neat, and clean and that all returns where put up by the end of shift. I also helped out in other departments that may needed help even if I had to become a cashier to help the traffic flow of the checkout lanes.
