As part of Coach’s newly formed SPACC team, I see through the full development process of specialty goods and collaborations.My day to day responsibilities include:Acting as a knowledge sharing hub/conduit for information and supports Manager in communication of development with cross-functional partners. Partnering with Materials Management teams to procure sampling materials for all development milestones.Creating and sending development packages to overseas partners and sample facilities.Reviewing prototype samples with a focus on product execution, consistency of details and an understanding of Design’s aesthetic intent for product approval.Reviewing and validating cost sheets throughout the development process.

I had the pleasure to work as a Summer 2022 Intern at Tapestry! I focused in Buying and Planning, as an intern for the Men's Leathergoods Buying Team!My day to day responsibilities included:Running weekly, monthly, and quarterly selling reports to recap and analyze business, and making recommendations for driving improved performance and identifying opportunities.Partnering with the Associate Buyer on OTB management, across multiple departments, to meet financial targets and key performance metrics (KPIs) at the SKU level for active product.Influencing category assortments by analyzing product performance, customer feedback/data, consumer trends, competitive landscape and local market knowledge.Shadowing and assisting in executing Spring buys to meet financial targets for fiscal season, including preparing buy materials.Building and maintaining assortment tools for monthly floorsets, sent out in communication for cross-functional teams.

I assisted the founder with all store operations including buying and planning, e-commerce management, digital marketing, and Brick-and-Mortar visual merchandising.My day-to-day responsibilities included:Sourcing wholesale product through attending trade shows, assessing catalogs, and creating vendor relationships.Manually completing purchase order forms to fulfill wholesale transactions.Maintaining Shopify E-commerce store by rebuilding digital storefront, listing and organizing products, and fulfilling online orders.Managing brand digital marketing by sending promotional e-mails, facilitating Instagram and Facebook live sessions and making regular Facebook and Instagram posts.Merchandising brick-and-mortar location with new and existing product to create an elevated customer shopping experience.
