• Research interpret and analyze sections of the law and regulations to determine the correct adjudicative decision while independently adjudicating applications and petitions such as I-130 Petition for Alien Relative, I-485 Adjustment of Status, N-400 Naturalization, I-131 Travel Document applications and ADIT Stamps.• Grant and deny electronic and paper applications and petitions for immigration benefits. Analyze evidence and all other documentation to ensure the eligibility of the applicant/petition to verify genuineness as well as applying the statutory requirements, regulations, and administrative precedents to the facts with minimum supervision.• Make final decisions on basis of in-depth interview with the applicant/petitioner, eligibility requirements met, detailed review of all evidence provided and further analysis of background checks involving a variety of government systems.• Identify and refer applicant/petitioner to proper channels if local warrants, fraud, or national security is in question.• Address a wide variety of customer service and administrative tasks to resolve customer inquiries and issues quickly and effectively by using available electronic systems to verify numerous established data points and answered general and case-specific immigration inquiries at USCIS information window in an accurate and empathetic manner.• Member of team conducting naturalization ceremonies, naturalizing over a great number of applicants.• Effectively and tactfully present the policies and views of the agency to applicants and attorneys at the Information window, while always adhering to all confidentiality requirements• Provide accurate and timely response to service request in the Service Request Management Tool (SRMT) system.

-Operates radio communication equipment and receives and dispatches radio messages on an assigned shift; provides a communications link for personnel in the field or agency headquarters, other law enforcement officials and related emergency services-Operates teletype and computer system to obtain information through the Oklahoma Law Enforcement -Telecommunications System (OLETS), National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLETS) or National Crime Information Center (NCIC).-Interprets and relays information to field personnel concerning wanted persons, violations of laws and other criminal activities.-Researches criminal history information as required, including International Police Organization (INTERPOL) data available through the various systems.-Makes immediate decisions on a wide variety of information received through various sources and disseminates to field personnel, agency officials and other law enforcement agencies as appropriate.-Maintains written records and logs of shift activities.-Composes and releases messages concerning accidents, emergencies, hazardous materials, incidents, weather conditions and similar situations to field offices, news media and other law enforcement, civil defense and emergency services.-May serve as a member of screening boards in matters related to promotions, hiring, reinstatement and disciplinary actions.-Monitors security within the communications center or the facility.-Provides coordination between law enforcement agencies during official operations-Investigates pertinent information to relay between necessary law enforcement agencies (Federal, State and Local).

-Responsible for order taking, scheduling, dispatching and customer relations over the phone.-Work with Customer Support Supervisor to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.-Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes (SAP, JWS, Integra, and TrimView)-Communicate with internal and external customers by email, phone, 2-way radio.-Maintain excellent customer communications regarding timely deliveries, compliments/complaints, accurate orders, and job-site preparation.-Maintain efficient delivery controls through proper scheduling and accurate order entry into the dispatch system.-Develop extensive working relationships with customers, as well as other departments, such as sales, quality control, and production in order to ensure customer needs are addressed.-Over phone payments.-Closely determined the workload of a specific date/week to provide customers with adequate scheduling.

-Police and Fire Dispatch-Proper use of Two-way radio communication procedures and radio call signals-Proper use, data input and knowledge of procedures for National and Florida Crime Center's Systems.-Knowledgeable of proper terminology of Police and Fire radio etiquette.-Geographical Knowledge of City-Oral, written, and radio communication with officers.-Teletype knowledge and procedures.-Multitask and prioritize as various situations occur at once.-Ability to remain composed and speak in a normal, clear, understandable voice under the pressure of numerous calls and emergency conditions.-Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with police officers and officials, other municipal employees and representatives of other agencies.
