I have worked in the East Baton Rouge Parish School System since 2008. My duties include assisting in the delivery of special education and/or related services. This position involves the performance of instructional and non-instructional tasks. Duties include but are not limited to, providing educational and daily living skills to individual or small groups of students in order to reinforce skills/concepts and specific tasks as required by IEP standards. Other duties are to regularly organize and arrange instructional materials, while assisting and maintaining discipline standards with instructional duties as assigned. As needed: My duties are to perform routine clerical functions such as scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files and providing specific information.
