Production OperatorTo maximise production by ensuring the safe and effective operation of the plant and equipment.Carry out safe operation of vessel utility systemsCarrying out the safe operation of production equipmentSupervising Production Operations in a safe and effective manner and being responsible for the allocated sections of the plant as required.Monitoring production rates and water quality to maintain within specified requirements and as directed by production Supervisor and logging of plant statuses required.Responding to plant upsets and emergenciesPerforming First line Maintenance, within designated limits of competence and reporting faults on plant and equipment to ensure maximum production and plant/ equipment availability.Ensure a high standard of housekeeping and safe work practices around the plant, protection of the environment to be considered at all times.Responsible for implementation of isolations in accordance with company policies and procedures.Careful monitoring and where necessary control and supervision of the Permit To Work system. Must be fully aware and if required involved in all ongoing work on or around the plant or associated equipment and systems.
