I work with law firms, companies, and individuals on forensic accounting, white-collar investigations, accounting improprieties, litigation support, and asset recovery matters where critical issues need to be addressed in a timely manner. My teaching and presentation experience enable me to present findings eloquently and understandably in a boardroom or court setting. I work with management at corporations, noted law firms, and government agencies on internal investigations, accounting litigation matters, contract disputes, family disputes, and anti-corruption issues in reactive and proactive environments. I have been accepted as an expert and testified in deposition and at trial in Federal and Bankruptcy Court.I am an Adjunct Professor at the Georgetown Law Center where I teach "Accounting for Lawyers" to JD and LLM students. I am a faculty member of the Practicing Law Institute and an adjunct faculty member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. I am a member of the Criminal Investigations and Access to Justice and Children’s Rights Committees of the ABA Litigation Section. I am also on the FCPA committee of the Business Law Section. I speak nationally on issues relating to anti-corruption and forensic accounting. I have appeared on BBC International's "World Business Report," “The McNeil Lehrer Business Hour,” “Fox Business News,” and local "Eyewitness News" stations commenting on fraud and accounting matters. I was seen on a BBC documentary about Madoff. I also have been seen discussing forensic accounting and asset tracing in the BBC Documentary "The Hunt for Hitler's Missing Millions" which aired on the Smithsonian Channel and is available on Netflix under the title “Hitler’s Riches”.
