- Led the marketing and communication of all P&G brands in Morocco and Algeria.- Redesigned the full reporting and control process of the marketing and communication department.- Designed and managed a team of 13 people.- Qualified trainer for marketing and leadership trainings.- Member of the NWA P&G board.Core responsibilities: 1. Designed, coordinated and executed marketing strategies, budgets and in-market executions across touch points:- design of annual marketing plans (local consumer profiling, adaptation of campaigns, sufficiency analysis)- full revamping of corporate media plans across brands (planning and buying). - design and implementation of new inshore and direct to consumer platforms- design of new processes and reporting tools to ensure ongoing sufficiency vs. targets and actionable monitoring/corrections.2. Led agency set-up, selection, annual negotiations & contracts, scope of work, evaluation for all services, building agency capabilities.3. Led an ongoing ROI optimization effort across brands and touch points.4. Implemented a 360° control process.5. Designed, recruited and managed the Brand Operations team, allocating resources and adapting work processes at best to maximize productivity.Major results:- Turned around trial performances to reach #1 position in the region.- Delivered 10% budget optimization across the board while growing sales.- Marketing function ranked #1 in terms of organization satisfaction in the subsidiary.

- (Re) Launched Pampers in Algeria: identified needs, defined strategy (product, pricing, line up, marketing investments, commercial investments), sourcing plan, and implemented plans. Results to date: Turnover X 3 vs. pre-launch.- Designed, sold and implemented Pampers Morocco competitive strategies and plans in the context of new and fiercer market reality. - Revamped the total liquids business in Morocco (from strategy to execution), bringing it from a yearly index of 103 to a yearly index of 117+ over 3 years- Led the training program of the marketing function in P&G NWA and achieved an overall marketing training score of 4.7/5 (+0,9 pts vs ya)

- Led Baby wipes design for Western Europe markets: developed with multifunctional team brand upcoming initiatives (from concept writing to launch).- Participated in the design and launch of Kandoo brand in WE (consumer proposition, brand architecture, pricing strategy, concept and campaigns development...)
