I graduated from Georgia State with a 3.95. Majoring in psychology gives me a chance to really connect with the people I work with, and understand many different points of view. In my work experience I have always found myself in the realm of customer service. While serving at a restaurant I was immersed in a fast paced work environment that required quick thinking and maintaining a positive attitude throughout stressful situation. My experience as a manager allows me to be comfortable delegating responsibilities to employees as well as confidence in adequately training employees. Managing also allowed me to flex my interpersonal skills when negotiating pay and scheduling with employees. I feel comfortable interacting with people from all different backgrounds, and use my interpersonal communication skills to arrive at the best solution possible when presented with a problem.
