• Led the configuration of the Coupa Procurement software and the development of integrations between Coupa and other internal applications.• Developed automations that interface with Coupa (via sFTP and API) which eliminate manual work and reduce human-error. These save the company at least 1FTE/year.• Created a web application that audits invoices from Coupa (via API) and TrustWeaver (via web scraping) and identifies missing invoices. Conceptualized, designed, and developed Keepsake from scratch. Built using Next.js (TypeScript), Apollo GraphQL, and PostgreSQL. Nowadays, we’ve grown accustomed to casual and fast-paced instant messaging that we tend not to give much thought to what we write. I want Keepsake to challenge that and become an avenue for more meaningful & personal engagements. Led a team of 3 in managing UP CAPES’ internal and external websites using languages such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress as the CMS (Content Management System).• Fixed bugs in the main UP CAPES site (upcapes.org)• Notable projects include the first ever CAPES Week Game which was made from scratch using PHP at http://capesweek.upcapes.org. Led a team of 12 in charge of conceptualizing the theme and designing the print and online publicity materials (includes logo, IDs, shirts, tarps, trophies, certificates, handbooks, etc.) of Dagitab 2017, a month-long Electrical and Electronics Engineering workshop for High School students wherein 24 students from 6 schools from all over the country participated. Used software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign to create the publicity materials.• Increased likes of the Dagitab Facebook page by 60%. From 768 likes to 1230 likes (462 more).• Most popular post (Resistor Pillows) had an organic reach of 41,500 and 7,892 clicks and 2,153 reactions, comments & shares combined.• Average organic reach of posts is around 2000

I was in charge of planning multiple projects for the CSA students and faculty with 7 other council officers.- Led the planning and execution of a 4-hour benefit concert called "SONAR: The Finale" for the victims of the Yolanda Typhoon.
