• Led the configuration of the Coupa Procurement software and the development of integrations between Coupa and other internal applications.• Developed automations that interface with Coupa (via sFTP and API) which eliminate manual work and reduce human-error. These save the company at least 1FTE/year.• Created a web application that audits invoices from Coupa (via API) and TrustWeaver (via web scraping) and identifies missing invoices. Led a team of 12 in charge of conceptualizing the theme and designing the print and online publicity materials (includes logo, IDs, shirts, tarps, trophies, certificates, handbooks, etc.) of Dagitab 2017, a month-long Electrical and Electronics Engineering workshop for High School students wherein 24 students from 6 schools from all over the country participated. Used software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign to create the publicity materials.• Increased likes of the Dagitab Facebook page by 60%. I was a Student Assistant at the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Institute of UP Diliman for EEE 11 (Programming Fundamentals) and assisted the instructor in handling the lab class. The President is the top position in the highest governing student government in CSA Makati. I was in charge of planning multiple projects for the CSA students and faculty with 7 other council officers.- Led the planning and execution of a 4-hour benefit concert called "SONAR: The Finale" for the victims of the Yolanda Typhoon. Over 1000 students and guests attended the event with the band Up Dharma Down as the headliner along with 10 other performances.
